Peñafiel

This charming town is often referred to as the “Heart of Ribera del Duero” due to its central location in the wine region and is the base for several of our wine tours in the region. The iconic Peñafiel Castle, a medieval fortress that now houses the Provincial Wine Museum, is a must-visit. Its distinctive shape resembles the bow of a ship and offers panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards.
