Many thanks for completing our online booking form. Your enquiry has been sent to a member of our sales team and a copy has also been e-mailed to you.

Due to the tailor-made and complex nature of our wine tours, we are unable to offer live online availability. A member of our sales team will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm that your preferred trip is available on your chosen travel dates, and assist you in securing your booking should you wish to proceed with your trip. We will also confirm the price for you, as this is not automatically calculated online. Our standard working hours are 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (UK time) Monday to Friday.

If you need to make any changes to your enquiry at this stage (for example your preferred travel dates or the number of guests in your party), please e-mail us at  info@grapeescapes.net.

To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required. If you are booking for travel within 60 days, full payment is due upon booking. All bookings with Grape Escapes are subject to our terms and conditions which can be read here.
