Based at the luxurious Castello Banfi, a historic 13th- century castle nestled in the heart of Tuscany, this exquisite getaway offers a unique blend of elegance and serene countryside charm.
Upon arrival check into your preferred room grade at the charming Castello Banfi. The afternoon will be free for you to explore and settle in. You may wish to relax by the pool and explore the hotel facilities. Alternatively, you may prefer to explore your charming surroundings independently.
In the evening, a five course dinner with wine pairing will be served at the hotel’s Michelin starred restaurant La Sala dei Grappoli.
On day two, after a leisurely breakfast, you will be taken on a guided tour of Castello Banfi’s renowned winery. This immersive experience includes a full estate tour, a visit to the cellars, and a tutored tasting of their finest wines. Following the tour, a four-course lunch will be served at the charming Taverna, where traditional Tuscan flavour’s are paired with the estate’s wines.
In the evening, a private chauffeur will take you to the historic city of Siena a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its stunning medieval architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Upon arrival in Siena you will enjoy a wine tasting at a charming boutique in a central location. After your tasting session you’ll have free time to explore the enchanting streets of Siena at your leisure, immersing yourself in its remarkable heritage. In the evening you have the option to either stay in Siena and dine at one of the many trattorias and restaurants or return to your hotel for dinner at one of the on-site restaurants. Dinner isn’t included, however we would be happy to recommend a selection of restaurants or assist you in making a reservation.
On day three, after a leisurely breakfast, you will be met at the hotel by private chauffer who will accompany you throughout the day on a private basis. You will firstly be welcomed as the guests of a prestigious winery in Montalcino where you will be taken on a full behind-the-scenes tour of the estate and cellars, seeing first-hand the individual stages of the production process and your visit will conclude with a vertical tasting of four wines. Lunch will then be served at the winery’s restaurant. After lunch, you will be taken to the picturesque village of Montepulciano, where you will be welcomed at an historic winery known for the production of Vino Nobile de Montepulciano. After exploring the fascinating wine cellars located in the heart of Montepulciano you will enjoy a tasting session of four wines paired with local delicacies. Your driver will take you back to your hotel at the end of the day. We would be delighted to book you a table in the evening or you may prefer to dine on site.

Availability cannot be guaranteed until we have received a confirmed booking, together with the deposit payment (or payment in full where the dates of travel are in less than 60 days). If the named accommodation / visits are not available, we will endeavour to find suitable alternatives of a similar grade; this may be subject to a supplement or a rebate depending on the price available.
