On the morning of day two, after a leisurely breakfast, you’ll enjoy a guided winery tour and tasting. This will immerse you in the estate’s sustainable winemaking philosophy, with the chance to sample a variety of red, white, and rosé wines known for their elegance, complexity, and Mediterranean character.

For those enjoying the four-day itinerary, an optional private excursion to another Gérard Bertrand wine estate will offer deeper insight into the diverse terroirs of Languedoc, from the dramatic landscapes of Corbières to the historic vineyards surrounding Carcassonne. Additional experiences such as spa treatments can also be arranged to elevate your luxury escape.

Evenings are a highlight of your stay. From the relaxed charm of Chez Paule, the estate’s seasonal bistro, to the refined, sustainable cuisine at L’Art de Vivre—recipient of a Green Michelin Star—dining at Château l’Hospitalet is both a celebration of local produce and a journey through the region’s flavours. Between May and September, L’Hospitalet Beach offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes served in a chic seaside setting with panoramic views of the coast. The estate’s complimentary shuttle service makes it easy to explore nearby dining spots in Narbonne, Gruissan, or along the Languedoc coastline. • Free time to relax, or enjoy lunch at the estate (lunch at your own cost)
• Your evening meal is included in your package – choose from the on-site restaurants.

Day Three of your Luxury Wine Experience at Château L’Hospitalet – La Clape (Optional)

• Buffet breakfast with local and organic offerings.
• Full-day excursion to another Gérard Bertrand estate (includes private transport, tastings and lunch) – explore wine regions such as Corbières, Minervois, or Carcassonne.
• Return to the hotel.
• Evening at leisure.

• After a leisurely breakfast, check out of the Château.

• These prices are per person and based on two people travelling together and sharing a twin or double room.
• These are realistic guide prices, based on travel in standard season (usually April to the end of October). Considerable discounts often apply for travel out of season (usually November to the end of March) or if there are more than two of you travelling together. Please let us know your preferred travel dates for a definitive price.
• Although we propose specific hotels as part of our standard packages, we enjoy excellent relationships and preferential rates at the majority of the hotels in each of our featured destinations. Therefore if you would prefer to stay in a different hotel, this can be arranged. Please contact us for the relevant supplements/discounts.
• Other room grades are available at most of the hotels that we work with. Just let us know which hotel you prefer and we will send you the relevant supplements for the various room grades.
