- Favourite wine: Was always a firm white drinker and Chenin Blanc lover but since working at Grape Escapes my horizons have broadened and I have become rather partial to a red, particularly a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo or Pinot Noir
- Favourite Grape Escapes destination: Tuscany… aside from the fact that I got married in Italy on the Tuscan coast and found my cake-maker in Florence, the food is to die for with never ending meats and cheeses, and the wines are fab!
- Pet peeve: People who don’t like cheese… it’s the best food group!
- Favourite dining experience: Indulging in a 6 course gala dinner at Michelin starred MET restaurant in Venice on my Minimoon!
