Day One

• We will arrange flights to Paris CDG for your guests from their nearest UK airport.
• Several executive coach transfers will escort everyone from the airport to the Champagne region, with Grape Escapes staff greeting guests at Arrivals.
• 4* accommodation will be arranged in the centre of Reims (single occupancy).
• Whilst waiting for the rest of the party to arrive, guests will have free time to do as they please. They may wish to simply relax and enjoy the hotel’s superb facilities. Alternatively, they may prefer to wander across the city centre, exploring the excellent range of shops and boutiques.
• In the evening, the group will be escorted to one of the region’s most prestigious Champagne Houses (for example Moët and Chandon, Veuve Clicquot or Pommery) for an unforgettable evening.
• After a Champagne drinks reception, a gala dinner will be served in the magical setting of the estate’s impressive cellars- the perfect venue for a VIP product launch. Each course will be expertly paired with a different Champagne. The Grape Escapes events team will discuss your specific requirements with you to ensure that all of the necessary facilities will be available.
• An evening of dancing and celebration with traditional French touches such as Cancan dancers, mime artists or accordionists can also be arranged for further festivities.
• You will be transported back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Day Two

• After a leisurely breakfast, several transfers will be arranged back to Paris CDG airport in time for the return flights.

The guide price of £50,070 (GBP) is based on 100 people and includes return flights between any UK airport and Paris CDG, 3 separate executive coach transfers from Paris CDG to Reims, dedicated Grape Escapes staff on hand throughout the trip, transport to and from the venue in the evening and a gala dinner at a prestigious Champagne House.
