• In the morning, fly from London City to Florence with British Airways. The flight time is 2 ½ hours. Flying into Pisa is also a practical option.
• An executive chauffeured coach will meet you at Arrivals and escort you to the Tuscan vineyards.
• Here, you will be welcomed at the breathtakingly beautiful 5* Villa Mangiacane, where you will be staying throughout your trip. The spectacular estate and its 30 guest rooms will be completely privatised for you, and you will have exclusive access to all of the amazing facilities, including the indoor gym, sauna and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
• After enjoying a welcome glass of wine whilst taking in your beautiful surroundings, you will be taken to Mangiacane’s working winery for a full tour of the wine-making facilities and cellars. This fascinating tour will conclude with a tasting session by the pool. The tastings will be served alongside a light lunch of traditional Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses, with breads and olive oil from the estate’s olive grove.
• The remainder of the afternoon will be free to relax at the Villa.
• In the evening, you will be taken to a nearby Chianti Classico winery, where you will visit the majestic estate and cellars, seeing first-hand the wine-making process from press to bottle. Your tour will conclude with a traditional Italian dinner at the estate, washed down with a selection of their award-winning wines.

• After breakfast, meeting room facilities will be available for you throughout the day for your AGM, and refreshments will be regularly provided.
