The Château de Noirieux is a stunning Relais and Châteaux hotel at the heart of the Loire Valley. The patrician mansion lays in the middle of a sprawling 9 hectare property and perfectly combines rustic style and noble furnishing with all the modern comforts and great facilities one would expect from a luxury 4* establishment.

Location

The Château is located just outside the quaint little village of Briollay, a few kilometres from Angers. Angers, capital city of the Anjou region, is a charming city with a rich cultural and historic heritage nestled in the renowned Loire Valley. Angers is 45 away from Saumur by car, about an hour drive from Chinon and an hour and twenty minutes away from Tours. It is a great base to visit the stunning vineyards and the enchanting Châteaux of the region.

Facilities

The Chateau boasts a gastronomic restaurant with a renowned chef, Christophe Guillemot, which offers a mouth-watering range of delicious dishes prepared with local products and inspired by traditional French cuisine. A heated outdoor swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi are available from mid-May until mid-September. Guests will also find a tennis court on site, with rackets and balls provided by the hotel.

The 19 bedrooms are all individually decorated in a Louis XIII, Louis XV or Louis XVI style and designed to help guests unwind.

All the cosy rooms have en-suite bathrooms with free toiletries, Satellite TV, climate control as well as a safe and a minibar. Room grades include Cosy Attic rooms, Charm rooms, Superior rooms, Luxe rooms and a Junior Suite.
