The hotel is located just 4km from Epernay, home to some of the most prestigious Champagne producers in the region, such as Moët et Chandon, Pol Roger and Perrier-Jouët. The hotel boasts picturesque surroundings and a beautiful rose garden, nestled in four hectares of landscaped grounds.
Guests can relax in this haven of peace with some time unwinding in the delightful CODAGE spa. The indoor swimming pool overlooks the verdant gardens, and guests can also enjoy use of jacuzzi, hammam, and a range of treatments on offer. There’s also a fully-fitted gym with sustainable, wooden equipment.
La Briqueterie not only has a passion for the physical, but also for the palate. The dining room boasts glorious views out over the gardens, creating an inviting atmosphere in which guests can enjoy top quality cuisine and splendid wines. Combining traditional recipes with herbs from the garden and regional Champagne products, the cuisine is a gourmet celebration of the senses. Originally from Morocco, chef Nawal Rezagui brings her creative culinary touch to Hostellerie Briqueterie, earning the restaurant its first Michelin star in 2026.
Serving an excellent range of Champagnes, there’s also a cosy lounge bar providing the perfect spot for an early-evening aperitif.
The hotel consists of 41 rooms and suites. Each has been designed individually, meaning that no matter how many times you return, it always feels like a new experience. Tastefully decorated in neutral tones and showcasing quality French craftsmanship, each room boasts an office area, en-suite bathroom, Nespresso machine, air-conditioning, complimentary wifi and room service.
