Situated on a working olive grove farm the fifth-generation owners of this 19th Century Estate have created a true gem with Masseria Narducci. The 9 rooms, lovingly converted from the ancient stables and barns provide simple yet elegant accommodation just a short 15-minute drive from the vineyards of the Itria Valley, an area characterized by charming villages and dotted with the iconic, white-washed ‘Trulli’ buildings.
Location
Conveniently situated just a short drive from Ostuni, which is often referred to as ‘The White Town’, Masseria Narducci enjoys a privileged position with direct access, via bike, to the Dune Costiere Nature Reserve and to the spectacular beaches along this stretch of coastline. Less than 40 mins drive from Brindisi airport and approximately an hour’s drive from Bari, the location is perfect for exploring the entire region.
Facilities
Upon arrival at Masseria Narducci you will be treated to a welcome drink accompanied by local delicacies, ensuring complete relaxation from the moment you arrive. Family owned and run, the restaurant, with its outside terrace, promotes a slow food philosophy placing great emphasis on using local and natural ingredients. Every evening the family host a sunset aperitif under the ancient Ficus tree giving guests the chance to come together in an informal environment to chat and enjoy a tasting of the estate’s own olive oil. Breakfast at Masseria Narducci is a treat not to be missed. Served outside on a shaded terrace (inside the restaurant during winter months) the spread of freshly prepared, delicious local specialities will tantalise your tastebuds providing the perfect start to the day!
During the day, choose to relax by the pool or spend some time in one of the secluded courtyard areas hidden throughout the garden. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful and are on hand to assist you with anything you may need.
Rooms
Masseria Narducci welcomes guests in 9 ensuite rooms, beautifully renovated to provide a relaxing haven for your stay. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated in whites and greens designed to reflect the relaxing hues of the ancient olive trees which surround you. Situated at ground level throughout the garden each room is within steps of the beautiful walled garden surrounding the pool and the main building housing the reception and restaurant. Choose between the Double classic room (20 square metres) for 2 people, the Double Comfort room (30 square metres) with space for an extra bed and sleeping up to 3 people or the Large Double room for 2 people (30 square metres) and with a pool view. The rooms offer all the modern comforts, including a kettle and herbal tea in the comfort and large double room categories. Each room has a flat screen TV and walk in shower.
