The 5* Hostellerie de Levernois is the elegant property of Suzanne and Jean-Louis Bottiglierot, who have recently transformed this 18th Century house and its outbuildings into a sublime estate in the heart of the Burgundy countryside. The estate boasts a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant – La Table de Levernois – and an impressive cellar with a large collection of wine bottles. Chef Philippe Augé prepares delicious dishes with seasonal products from local producers. The Bistrot du Bord de l’Eau is laid out in the old kitchens, dating back to 1750 and proposes a range of traditional dishes in a warm and friendly setting. The Hostellerie has 22 guestrooms and 4 suites.
