Built by the famous French perfumer, François Coty in the 19th Century, this majestic 5* Château boasts 25 hectares of stunning parkland, a French garden, lavish architectural features, marble statues and unusual trompe l’oeil frescoes.
No expense was spared during the construction of this beautiful estate and guests can expect to experience absolute pampering and cosseting by the Château’s multi-lingual staff. A brand new spa has recently opened in the vaulted cellars with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and wine and gastronomy lovers will delight in the Château’s gastronomic restaurant and impressive wine cellar. Château Grand Barrail – Bordeaux – 5*
A majestic 19th Century Château that stands out with fairy-tale turrets and spires, Grand Barrail Château Hotel & Spa is set in picturesque grounds in the midst of the vineyards of Saint-Emilion.

Hostellerie de Levernois – Burgundy – 5*
The 5* Hostellerie de Levernois is the elegant property of Suzanne and Jean-Louis Bottiglierot, who have recently transformed this 18th Century house and its outbuildings into a sublime estate in the heart of the Burgundy countryside. The beautiful mansion is composed of three buildings and surrounded by an enchanting six hectare park.
The estate boasts a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant – La Table de Levernois – and an impressive cellar with a large collection of wine bottles. Chef Philippe Augé prepares delicious dishes with seasonal products from local producers. The Bistrot du Bord de l’Eau is laid out in the old kitchens, dating back to 1750 and proposes a range of traditional dishes in a warm and friendly setting. The Hostellerie has 22 guestrooms and 4 suites. Each bedroom has its own identity and elegantly combines tradition and modernity with noble materials and quality furniture.

Set in a former 19th Century coaching inn, the 5* Royal Champagne Hotel and Spa has just reopened after several years of extensive renovations and represents the epitome of luxury.
