Prosecco Wine Holiday based in Treviso

This tour is designed for those on a tighter budget who would like a simple short break in the Prosecco region. However, in common with all Grape Escapes tours, we don’t skimp on quality just because it is inexpensive. Upon your arrival in the region on day one, you will be able to check into your preferred room grade at the 4* Hotel Relais de Monaco. The remainder of the afternoon and evening will be free for you to do as you please. We will arrange a bike hire for you so you can explore your surroundings independently and discover the fascinating town of Treviso. Besides being the heart of the Prosecco wine region, Treviso is also the place where the world famous Tiramisu was created. You may also wish to enjoy the hotel’s superb facilities including a spa and an outdoor swimming pool!

Day One

• Upon arrival in Treviso, check into your chosen room grade at the 4* Relais de Monaco.
• The remainder of the afternoon and evening will be free for you to relax at the hotel or explore your surroundings independently. We will arrange bicycle hire for you.
• In your travel pack will be a comprehensive list of nearby recommended restaurants. We would be pleased to reserve you a table at any of these for dinner.

Final Day

• After breakfast, check out of the hotel.
• You will be transferred to a premium local winery.
• Enjoy a delightful guided tour of the vineyards and wine cellars, followed by a tasting session at a premium Prosecco estate.
• At the end of the tour you will be given a picnic basket to enjoy a memorable lunch in the vineyards- a true taste of the Italian “dolce vita”.
• You will be taken back to the hotel at the end of the tour.

Day Two (optional)

• If you are spending three days in Prosecco, we will arrange for both activities to take place on day two.

Availability cannot be guaranteed until we have received a confirmed booking, together with the deposit payment (or payment in full where the dates of travel are in less than 60 days). If the named accommodation / visits are not available, we will endeavour to find suitable alternatives of a similar grade; this may be subject to a supplement or a rebate depending on the price available.
