There will be a maximum of eight guests on the tour and the focus of the day will be the world-famous Super Tuscan wines. You will be welcomed as the guests of three highly-regarded Super Tuscan wineries, where your guide will show you the fascinating wine-making process from vine to bottle. In the afternoon, a tutored tasting session of four wines will be arranged for you in the city centre. It will be accompanied by local cheeses, meats, breads and olive oils. In the evening, a five course dinner with wines, water and coffee will be served in an intimate double Michelin starred restaurant in the city’s oldest tower.
