On day one of your gastronomy tour in France, arrive in Dijon and check in to your luxury hotel in the heart of the historic centre, Grand Hôtel La Cloche. Ideally located for exploring the rich cultural and culinary scene of Burgundy’s capital, your hotel offers a refined and restful setting for the start of your journey.

Spend the afternoon at your leisure. You may wish to settle in at your hotel, stroll through the old town to see Dijon’s historic half-timbered houses, or visit the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, which offers a wonderful round-up of French wine and gastronomy with some interactive exhibitions and insights to the region.

In the evening, your gastronomic adventure begins with a welcome dinner served either at your hotel or at a celebrated local restaurant. Both options offer beautifully curated menus with expertly paired Burgundy wines to introduce you to the region’s renowned culinary heritage.

You’ll enjoy three exclusive visits and wine tastings at acclaimed domaines.

A light lunch will be arranged at one of the estates or at a local bistro giving you time to absorb the region’s serene beauty between tastings. In the late afternoon, your driver will return you to Dijon to relax at your hotel.

On day three of your gastronomy tour through France, check out after breakfast and meet your private chauffeur for the day. You will need to take your luggage with you as you will be staying in a new hotel for the next two evenings.

Your day will start with a scenic journey through the sun-drenched vineyards of the Côte de Beaune. This will be a truly unique opportunity to pair fine cuisine and wines with intimate insight behind the scenes of winemaking in Burgundy: one of the world’s most prestigious wine regions.

Following lunch, you will travel onward to your final winery visit: a grand 18th-century wine estate known for its remarkable terroir and beautifully structured Pinot Noirs. During your private tasting, you’ll gain insight into biodynamic winemaking techniques while sampling wines that reflect both heritage and innovation in Burgundy.
