This Hidden Gem break is perfect for those looking for an authentic, relaxing holiday at the heart of the enchanting Provençal countryside. Château de Saint Martin is a charming property from the 18th Century, owned by the same family since its construction and preciously passed on from generation to generation. The setting is truly magical and the comfortable rooms are decorated in a traditional 18th or 19th Century style.
After checking into your preferred room at the Château, a glass of sparkling wine with a pastry and a slice of cake will be served to warmly welcome you. The remainder of the afternoon and evening will be free for you to relax and enjoy your lovely surroundings.
On the morning of day two, you will be taken on a tour of the Château’s Grand Cru Classé winery, including its stunning underground cellars dating back from the Middle-Ages. The fascinating tour will be followed by tastings of six of the Château’s wines and a delicious picnic lunch in the picturesque setting of the Château’s grounds.
After lunch, enjoy a tour and tastings at another authentic Provence winery. Your visit will comprise of a tour of the estate’s vineyards and of the wine-making facilities, as well as tastings of the estate’s red, whites and rosé wines. Transfers will be arranged to escort you to and from the winery.
