Spend your afternoon exploring the beautifully landscaped gardens or unwinding by the infinity pool with panoramic views of Noto’s olive groves and vineyards.  The attentive staff at Il San Corrado di Noto offer exceptional service, ensuring your every need is met throughout your stay. We have also arranged for a very special private wine tasting experience which you will enjoy in the charming surroundings of the hotel’s wine library.

In the evening, enjoy a specially arranged welcome dinner at the hotel’s gourmet restaurant.  The fine dining experience highlights Sicily’s rich culinary heritage, featuring locally sourced ingredients and expertly paired local wines.

On Day two of your Exclusive Noto wine tour you’ll start the day with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel.  The morning is yours to relax and enjoy the hotel’s beautiful facilities, perhaps indulging in the spa or lounging by the pool.  For lunch we recommend a light lunch at the hotel’s beach club restaurant or the charming Osteria Casa Pasta (lunch at your own cost).

After lunch, your private chauffeur will meet you at the hotel and drive you to the first winery on today’s itinerary. Here you’ll embark on an insightful tour of the estate, followed by a delightful wine tasting.  Next, you’ll visit a second winery, where you’ll sample more of Sicily’s finest wines, paired with regional snacks to enhance the experience.

Following this visit and as the early evening approaches, your driver will take you into Noto where you will enjoy a private guided walking tour through the charming streets of this UNESCO World Heritage site, renowned for its magnificent Baroque architecture. You’ll visit some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Noto Cathedral and Palazzo Ducezio, all while learning about the rich history and culture of this beautiful city.

After the tour you will have the option to remain in Noto and enjoy a meal at a carefully selected centrally located restaurant (return transportation back to the hotel after dinner is included) or,  you may prefer to return to the hotel after the walking tour in which case we will arrange a meal for you at Osteria Casa Pasta at Il San Corrado di Noto.

Following dinner, enjoy the rest of your evening relaxing at at the hotel.

Day three begins with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before being greeted by your private driver who will escort you to one of the region’s most renowned wineries.  Enjoy a private guided tour of the estate, exploring the vineyards and cellars and following the tour, indulge in an exclusive wine tasting experience savouring the local varieties and signature wines of the estate with a four-course tasting menu for a truly memorable lunch experience.

Your driver will return you to the hotel and  the remainder of the afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure.  Relax by the pool, take a stroll through the hotel’s stunning grounds or enjoy a spa treatment (supplement applies). For those who wish to experience more of Sicily’s culinary delights, we can arrange an optional cooking class (supplement applies) where you’ll learn to prepare traditional Sicilian dishes under the guidance of a local chef.

In the evening, you may choose to dine at the hotel or venture out to discover more of Noto’s vibrant dining scene.

Day four is departure day.  Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out of your hotel.

• These prices are per person and based on two people travelling together and sharing a twin or double room.
• These are realistic guide prices, based on travel in standard season (usually April to the end of October). Discounts often apply for travel out of season (usually November to the end of March) or if there are more than two of you travelling together. Please let us know your preferred travel dates for a definitive price.
• Although we propose specific hotels as part of our standard packages, we enjoy excellent relationships and preferential rates at the majority of the hotels in each of our featured destinations. Therefore if you would prefer to stay in a different hotel, this can be arranged. Please contact us for the relevant supplements/discounts.
• Other room grades are available at most of the hotels that we work with. Just let us know which hotel you prefer and we will send you the relevant supplements for the various room grades.
• Single supplements and extra night prices are available upon request.
