On day two of your Exclusive Taormina wine tour, you will enjoy breakfast at the hotel before your driver collects you for a journey of discovery through the renowned Etna wine region, where volcanic soils and centuries-old winemaking traditions create some of Sicily’s most exceptional wines.

Your first stop will be a prestigious vineyard nestled on the slopes of Mount Etna, a region known for its unique terroir. Here, you’ll explore the vineyards and learn how the volcanic landscape shapes the character of the wines.  A private wine tasting will introduce you to a selection of Etna wines, from crisp whites to robust reds, all showcasing the minerality and complexity that Mount Etna wines are famous for.

Following this visit you’ll head to another outstanding winery, where you will enjoy a food and wine pairing experience.  As you savour locally sourced dishes, you’ll enjoy a carefully curated wine pairing that enhances the flavours of both the cuisine and the region’s distinctive wines.  This leisurely lunch offers an immersive experience into Sicily’s culinary and wine-making heritage.

In the afternoon, your wine adventure continues with a visit to a final estate known for producing wines that capture the pure essence of Mount Etna.  You’ll have the opportunity to tour the vineyards and cellar before indulging in a private tasting that highlights the unique characteristics of the wines produced in this extraordinary Sicilian wine region.

After a day exploring the rich wine-making heritage of Mount Etna, your driver will return you to your hotel where you can relax and enjoy your evening at leisure.

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure on day three of your Exclusive Taormina wine tour and enjoy the start to a truly relaxing day. This morning you have the option to add a walking tour of the sights of Taormina with a private guide * this tour can be pre-arranged to take place in the morning or early evening and a supplement will apply.  The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure, maybe choosing to explore the charming centre of Taormina on foot or enjoying the hotel’s excellent facilities. A free shuttle is provided to the sister Hotel Villa Sant’Andrea and exclusive access to the private beach club is at your disposal.

Day four is departure day. On your final morning, enjoy breakfast before checking out from the hotel.

• These prices are per person and based on two people travelling together and sharing a twin or double room.
• These are realistic guide prices, based on travel in standard season (usually April to the end of October). Discounts often apply for travel out of season (usually November to the end of March) or if there are more than two of you travelling together. Please let us know your preferred travel dates for a definitive price.
• Although we propose specific hotels as part of our standard packages, we enjoy excellent relationships and preferential rates at the majority of the hotels in each of our featured destinations. Therefore if you would prefer to stay in a different hotel, this can be arranged. Please contact us for the relevant supplements/discounts.
• Other room grades are available at most of the hotels that we work with. Just let us know which hotel you prefer and we will send you the relevant supplements for the various room grades.
• Single supplements and extra night prices are available upon request.
