This luxury Loire Valley wine and spa break is based at the beautiful five-star hotel, Les Sources de Cheverny, combining private vineyard visits, premium tastings and Michelin-starred dining with time to fully unwind. This experience has been carefully designed to balance in-depth wine discovery with restorative spa time, set within one of the Loire Valley’s most refined countryside retreats.
Upon arrival at the hotel, check in to your preferred room grade. There are a range of rooms and suites available and when designing your itinerary, you’ll have the opportunity to decide this with your luxury travel consultant.
If you opt for three days, begin your experience as you mean to go on with two hours’ spa access arranged for you to relax and unwind. Should you opt for the four-day itinerary, we will plan this for you on the morning of day three, creating a natural pause within the itinerary to relax and recharge.
As part of your two hours in the spa, make the most of your peaceful surroundings an d enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hammam, jacuzzi and relaxation areas. Signature Caudalie treatments are also available at additional cost.
Following this, you’ll have some time to get ready for the evening before a three-course welcome dinner at the hotel’s wonderful, country inn-inspired restaurant, L’Auberge. Enjoy the warm, welcoming atmosphere and refined dishes made from local Loire Valley produce. To give you complete flexibility, drinks are not included and can be ordered on the day.
On the morning of day two of your wine and spa break at Les Sources de Cheverny, after a leisurely breakfast, it’s time to explore the Loire Valley – renowned for its elegant wines, historic châteaux and relaxed pace of life. You will be met at the hotel by your English-speaking driver guide who will accompany you throughout the day on a private basis. Today, you will visit a selection of premium wineries for guided private tours and tastings, and a relaxed lunch is also included. At the end of the day, your driver will return you to your hotel. If you opt for the three-day itinerary, tonight, you will enjoy a tasting dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Favori. If you opt for the four-day itinerary, we will leave the evening free for you to spend as you please, or we’d be happy to make reservations for you for dinner as you wish.
For those opting for the four-day break, enjoy breakfast at the hotel on day three before enjoying two hours of spa access in the morning, with a wide range of treatments possible (at additional cost). After such a relaxing morning, you’ll be met at the hotel in the early afternoon by your English-speaking driver guide, ready for a half-day wine experience. Today, you’ll visit two further wineries for private tours and tastings, giving you further insight into the region. Your driver will return you to your hotel after the tour, and you’ll have some time to freshen up before dinner. To complete your wine and spa Les Sources de Cheverny experience, tonight you will enjoy a six-course tasting menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Favori. Drinks are not included and can be ordered on the day.
