Eurostar and Rail Travel

For many other customers, the comfort and speed of modern international rail plus the virtues of carbon-neutral travel combine to make travel by Eurostar and onward TGV (French high-speed intercity rail) an attractive option. Eurostar departures are currently available from London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet and Ashford in Kent. The journey time from London to Paris Nord is around 2 hours 20 minutes.

In Paris, take a short taxi or metro journey to Gare de Lyon where you can board a train to Mâcon. The journey time is approximately 1 ¾ hours via TGV. Several of the Beaujolais villages can be reached by regional trains from Mâcon, however others will require a short taxi journey.

We would be more than happy to discuss rail travel with you, suggest the more suitable route and book your Eurostar and French rail tickets at the best available fare and add this fare to the cost of your holiday.
